Sabine Stener

Co-Founder, Gaedeke Group

Sabine Stener co-founded Gaedeke Group, a national full-service real estate firm, in Dallas, Texas, in 1995 and has served as its CEO since 2005. That same year she started Gaedeke Energy to diversify investments. Both firms are independent investors.

Sabine was born and raised in Germany, where she received a graduate degree in Economics, and her postgraduate degree in Marketing, Psychology, and International Management from the University of Hamburg, Germany.

While in school, she worked for the advertising agency BBDO and, right after, as a marketing director for a television venture of Bertelsmann AG, one of the world’s largest multimedia companies. It was then that she started executive producing independent content and has done so ever since.

Sabine serves on the board of SMU’s Tate Lecture Series, on the Mixed-Use Council of the Urban Land Institute, the Klyde Warren Park Board of Directors, the Real Estate Forum of the Paul Milstein Center at Columbia Business School, the Board of the USA Film Festival in Dallas and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization.
